Lavender Lemonade Recipe to Get Rid of Anxiety and Headache

I have been dis-concentrated with big headache recently, anxiety overwhelmed in sleep time and just don’t want to do anything. Do you have such down time as I do? Or I am seriously sick? Just stay at home and don’t want to see doctors or they will give me another list of prescriptions to choose. 🙁

Lavender Lemonade Recipe to Get Rid of Anxiety and Headache

I came across this home remedy to ease anxiety and headaches naturally.  I doubt if I can use essential oil in drinks, but after google, it says the pure lavender oil is incredibly essential oil that can benefit for our health. It is among the gentlest essential oils, but also one of the most powerful, and therefore is a favorite for many of households for healing properties and benefits of lavender essential oil.

I used the oil for skin massage and it does help sleep well after that. And I would like to try this useful and delicious lavender lemonade for release.

Here is the Recipe:
  • 6 organic lemons, peeled and juiced.
  • 1 drop of lavender essential oil.
  • 12 cups of pure water.
  • 1 cup of raw honey.

Mix all the ingredients together, chill, and serve over ice.

And This is what I did with dried lavender blossoms, and it tasted perfect for my lazy day!! And it looks so soothing…

Lavender Lemonade

  • 12 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 gallon cold water
  • 1/4 cup dried lavender blossoms
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Mint or lemon balm sprigs for garnish
