DIY Cardboard Loom Pom Pom Woven Rug Tutorial

Rugs can be expensive, but you can handmade your own rugs with recycled old clothing or bedding, too. Every time I come across a weaving project I’m reminded how incredibly awesome weaving actually is. I have shared a rectangle DIY Woven Rag Rug with Cardboard before. And this Cardboard Loom Pom Pom Woven Rug will be another fun project you and you kids can enjoy.  Sara Plath was able to take a piece of cardboard, some strands of rope, and a few pom poms, and turn them into a beautiful bohemian rug for her bathroom. That’s great about this project is that regardless of your personal taste, you can use this method with just about anything (old sheets, yarn etc)! You might even have everything you need in your home right now, it takes no time like the present to add another rug to your home.
